Empowered Her: A Rite of Passage Journey
Three days. One circle. A girl who knows her worth.
Empowered Her is a Three day Rite of Passage workshop for girls ages 11–13. A guided journey into identity, body confidence, voice, courage, and sisterhood, rooted in the African philosophy of Ubuntu: I am because we are.
Across Three themed days, each girl works through her own Empowered Her Participant Journal — reflecting, creating, and opening up in a small, safe circle guided by trained facilitators. She'll build an Identity Tree, design a Vision Map for her future, practice healthy boundaries, hear wisdom from a community elder, and close the three days with a full ceremony: certificate, sisterhood circle, and a letter to her future self, sealed until she's ready to open it.
She won't leave with a worksheet. She'll leave with a journal full of her own words, a circle of girls…
